Cincinnati Milacron Monoset Grinder

We use our Monoset mainly for truing and dressing of our superabrasive grinding wheels that we use in our CNC grinders, as well as smaller operations such as adding a neck relief to an existing tool. A Monoset also has the capability to flute a tool with a helical flute, making it a very versatile piece of manual equipment. Before the onset of CNC machines, many shops including ours would use a Monoset to sharpen the diameters and flutes of end mills!
