Optical Comparator

From complex forms and small geometries to basic end mills and step drills, we use our optical comparator for the majority of the inspection that we do. With the ability to view the outline of cutting tools and other round tools in 10x, 20x and 50x we can measure finished tools to the nearest .0001″ if necessary! Overlaying complex DXF forms also allows us to check complex geometries of splines and other abnormal features that you may require on your cutting tools. In total we have three comparators of varying sizes that we use on a daily basis.
