Our Vomat systems keep our grinding oil clean and performing at its best! Using multiple cartridge filters and a built in chiller, the Vomat keeps the oil clean and at a consistent temperature for our CNC grinders, allowing us to maintain the tight tolerances of .0001″ that is required on many tools that we manufacture! Special Tools has two of these that supply our five CNC grinders with oil on a non-stop basis throughout the day. The carbide that is filtered out of the oil is then collected into the blue drum where it settles, before being removed and sent in for recycling!
